If you are an Equitable PCI Bank account holder, you may pay your requests online via FASTNet, the internet banking facility of Equitable PCI Bank. FASTNet can be used to pay for requests to be delivered within the Philippines.

If you are not yet enrolled in FASTNet, you can enrol online at www.fastnet.com.ph if you are an ATM cardholder. Otherwise, you have to visit your branch of account to be enrolled.

If you are already enrolled in FASTNet, follow these steps to pay for your e-Census
request(s):
 
Step 1:
If you have just submitted your requests and you are on the Acknowledgement Form page:
A. Click on
Otherwise:
A. Go to the e-Census main page.
B. Click on "Pay my requests online via FASTNet" (or click on )
Or simply go to www.fastnet.com.ph
 
Step 2:
The Equitable PCI Bank Internet Banking website www.fastnet.com.ph will be displayed in a new window. Enter your Primary Account Number (PAN) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) then click on Login. (The PIN is the 7 to 8 digit code you supplied during account enrollment for FASTNet.)
 
Step 3:
If you have not yet enrolled "e-Census" as a merchant you wish to pay, follow the steps below. Otherwise, proceed to Step 4.

To enroll "e-Census" in the list of merchants you wish to pay,
A. Click on Bills Enrollment.
B. Select the Institution Name ("e-Census") from the list.
C. Key in the Batch Request No. of your document request(s).
D. After successful enrollment, the system will provide a host confirmation number.
 
Step 4:
Click on Make Payment.
 
Step 5:
Select the Account Number to be debited and the Institution ("e-Census") you want to pay, then click Continue.
 
Step 6:
The information that you entered when you enrolled is shown. Key in the Batch Request Number or Request Reference Number of your document request(s).
NOTE:
The Batch Request Number is located at the upper portion of the e-Census Acknowledgment Page right under the Request Date. Use the Batch Request Number when you are paying for ALL the requests in the batch that you have submitted online.

The Request Reference Number is found at the lower half portion of the e-Census Acknowledgment Page. It is located in the first column of the table that lists all the requests you have made. Use the Request Reference Number when you are paying for a SINGLE request only.
 
Step 7:
Key in the amount to be paid/debited. This should correspond to the Batch Request Number or Request Reference Number that you have entered in Step 6.
 
Step 8:
Select the "Outright Payment" option, key in your S-PIN (Secondary PIN), then click Submit. (The S-PIN is the 7 to 8 digit code you supplied during account enrollment for FASTNet.)

A confirmation screen will appear, showing you all the information you typed. The system will require you to confirm the information before proceeding with the debiting of your account.

After confirming the payment, an EPCIB host confirmation number will appear. This serves as the reference number of the payment transaction. Write down this host confirmation number for your future reference.
