Personal information provided by customers in order to confirm and fulfill a request, or requests, are used to efficiently handle processing, payment and delivery.      A secure server, which uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, is used when customers submit a request for copy issuance of birth, marriage or death records and/or issuance of certificate of no marriage record (CENOMAR or Singleness), including relevant account information to pay for request/s. SSL encrypts all information before these are received by e-Census. Customer data collected by e-Census is protected against unauthorized access.      All customers who avail of e-Census services by online purchase, e-mail or otherwise, agree that they will be bound by this privacy policy and other pertinent policies involved in fulfilling e-Census transactions from submission of order, its acceptance and its fulfillment without exception.
